Long ago, in the celestial realms, the archer Hou Yi shot down nine blazing suns to save the earth. As a reward, he received the elixir of immortality. To protect it from a scheming thief, his beloved wife Chang'e drank it herself — and drifted toward the moon, where she dwells to this day, accompanied by the Jade Rabbit, who tirelessly pounds the elixir of life beneath the blooming osmanthus tree.

Each year at Mid‑Autumn, families gather under the full moon, sharing mooncakes as symbols of love and reunion — a circle as whole and radiant as the moon itself. Our mooncakes carry that same spirit: crafted with devotion, shared with joy.
